Warmth and comfort, but not perfect
The kitchenette was convenient for family meals.
Our room wasn't ready until late, unexpected. The fitness area lacked essential equipment.

The hotel of choice in Jasper. Ideal and clean venue, soft beds. Big rooms, free and great breakfast. Very central location of the hotel, restful and fabulous staff with the Management. Great restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. Good pool, parking outside. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

service was great but the hotel needs updates
The staff handled a power outage well . They provided flashlights and remained calm while assisting everyone checking in.
The overall building felt older and darker than expected.

The hotel's location is excellent, with friendly staff and a clean, spacious room. The hotel feels a bit worn, and the parking situation can be challenging. It was a nice experience despite a couple of minor inconveniences.

Great price via Booked.net - better than booking directly with the hotel for that date in March 2013

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
The on-site restaurant served up decent meals, although the service felt somewhat disorganized. A helpful tip, bring your own toiletries for a more comfortable experience. A great location for exploring.

Was nice and very clean. Restaurant had excellent dinner.
Others staying on the second floor were very disruptive , loud. Doors swung shut too fast and slammed very loud. Did not get a good nights sleep. Beds too hard. Possibly will stay elsewhere next trip.

What's with the one long dark hair strand that always seems to be left behind. Nice place, good beds, price was right at $99, maybe not at the full season price...

The room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy! I appreciated the updated bathroom and the nice views. Only downside was the thin walls. I could hear a lot from the hallway, a bit annoying. It was nice.
